SHIPPING & RETURNS

Domestic Shipping

For orders over $500 shipping within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), we offer free ground shipping via USPS. All other domestic orders ship via UPS. Shipping costs and timeframes for orders under $500 and expedited options are provided during checkout.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Please note that shipping timeframes are also provided in business days. Should you require Saturday delivery, this is subject to an additional charge. If you’d like to add this to your order, reach out to customercare@mariapinto.com for pricing.

Maria Pinto cannot assist or be held liable in the event of lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is delayed, please reference the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email to contact the carrier directly for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee arrival dates and delays may be more likely during times of high shipping volume and extreme weather.

At this time, we don’t offer insurance or signature confirmation for packages as a standard option. Please reach out to customercare@mariapinto.com if you’d like to add this to your order and we’d be happy to provide pricing for you.

holiday shipping deadlines

During the holiday season, carrier delays can occur more frequently due to high shipping volume. Maria Pinto cannot guarantee delivery timeframes, but we recommend placing your order by the following dates for delivery by Tuesday, December 23rd.

UPS 2nd Day Air - Thursday, December 18th

Boutique Pickup

We’re happy to accommodate order pickups at our Chicago Boutique, though we don’t offer this as a standard option at this time. If you’d like to place an order for pickup, please call (888)-868-2057 during business hours so a Client Advisor can assist you.

International Shipping

UPS shipping rates for international orders are provided during checkout. Since shipping timeframes for international orders can be highly variable due to the customs process, we recommend anticipating the possibility of extended delays.

Please note that the customs office of the destination country may impose taxes, customs fees, import duties, and other charges. Any additional charges required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the recipient and we are unable to provide estimates of these charges. Additionally, we cannot assist or be held liable in the event that an international order is stolen, has issues going through customs, or is lost in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges of items in their original, unworn condition (including tags) within 14 days of delivery (excluding Final Sale). This policy helps us maintain our ethical, limited-run production model and restock sold-out pieces as quickly as possible.

For domestic orders, refunds can be issued to the original form of payment minus a $10 restocking fee, or you may receive store credit. Please note: it may take up to 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed upon receipt.

Redeemed Pinto Points are non-refundable. Points balances will not be credited if you make a return and the amount of your refund will correlate to the amount you paid minus applicable fees.
