ABOUT MICHAEL
Michael Seward, affectionately known as Champagne Jesus, began his career as at Pops for Champagne in 1997. Over nearly three decades, Michael has gained extensive experience working as a bartender and wine director for Pops. In his current role as buyer, he regularly travels to the Champagne region of France, where he excels at maintaining relationships with local Champenois and discovering new producers to bring back to Chicago.
